Value Network Analysis: opportunity & threat analysis via business value flow for multinational

Cambridge Investment Research developed the value network and key partnership metrics on it with a global packaging company with HQ in Europe, outside the UK. The company is considering technology development options to deploy a new class of solutions within its portfolio.

Business M&A - commercial diligence

The client was able to go ahead swiftly and purchase the target company for around GBP£7 million after CIR conducted a global client research & analysis project to establish the value of the target company’s products and services.
